Booking a Reservation
When booking a reservation, all guests are required to keep a valid credit card on file. Please carefully read all Policies below.
Face Mask Requirement
Due to the risk of contracting and transmitting COVID-19 (coronavirus), effective immediately, all guests and staff are required to wear a face mask covering their nose, mouth, and chin. This mask must be warn prior to setting foot in our facility, and may not be removed at any time during the duration of a visit or shift. This is for the safety of our guests and our staff.
Children and Guests
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we do not allow guests to wait in the lobby as we have implemented a 1:1 service environment. There are only 2 adults over the age of 18 years old allowed in the room while a service is in session; the GUEST and the ESTHETICIAN rendering the service. If you are a minor child under the age of 18 years, you may have your parent or guardian present in the treatment room during the service. Children are not allowed in the studio unless they are the guest receiving services.
If a guest arrives more than 7 minutes late to a reservation, we will do our best to complete any/all services booked, however, the guest will be charged the full price for all services booked whether all/any services were completed or not. Credit card charges for late guests will not include any discounted or promotional pricing. We will always try to accommodate each guest, but we are very respectful of the time of all of our guests and Estheticians.
Cancelling a Reservation
When cancelling a reservation, we require 24 hours notice to be given prior to the booked reservation to guarantee that the guest will not be charged the full price of any/all services booked. If less than 24 hours prior notice is given, we will charge the credit card on file for the entire amount of all service(s) booked and will not include any discounted or promotional pricing.
Rescheduling a Reservation
When rescheduling a reservation, we require 24 hours notice to be given prior to the booked reservation to guarantee that the guest will not be charged the full price of any/all services booked. If less than 24 hours prior notice is given, we will charge the credit card on file for the entire amount of all services booked.
No Call/No Show
A no call/no show is defined as a guest not showing up for their reservation, and not calling us to inform us that they would not be able to make it to the scheduled reservation time. In this case, we will charge the credit card on file for the entire amount of all services booked.
At this time, all MEN'S services MUST be booked with our Esthetician "Laura". Men's Services booked with any other Esthetician will result in cancellation of your reservation.
Service Series "Packages"
If a guest purchases a "package(s)", or a series of services, whether paid in full or partial payment has been made, no exchanges/account credits will be issued after the first service within the "package(s)" has been rendered. The guest can, however, transfer the "package(s)" to another guest of their choosing for their use. No refunds will be issued at any time for any reason other than a staff error.
